IT consulting · Solution architecture · Level 3 support

Your infrastructure, reliable and under control. From audit to go-live.

Infrastructure, virtualisation, cloud, audit, hardware, development: MSSC takes ownership of your project, from the initial assessment to go-live, on site or remotely.

Situations

Does one of these situations sound familiar?

  1. Your infrastructure is ageing or becoming fragile.

Hosts out of support, backups never tested, no recovery plan. Every outage costs more than the last. You want an honest assessment and a plan to secure things without shutting everything down.

  2. A cloud project or migration to secure.

Moving to Azure or Microsoft 365, going hybrid with OVHcloud, changing hypervisor. You need someone who has already designed and deployed this kind of architecture, and who frames the project before costs drift.

  3. An incident or after-sales issue getting out of hand.

A critical incident keeps coming back, a customer is losing patience, and your support team lacks the level 3 expertise to settle it. You need an expert who diagnoses, fixes and leaves procedures behind.

Level 3 troubleshooting

When production breaks, I dig down to the root cause.

Ten years in the field on systems that must not stop. What counts is not the title on the business card, it is the closed incident and the procedure left behind.

  1. Observe. Logs, metrics, network captures. We look at what the system does, not what we think it does.
  2. Reproduce. A failure you can trigger is a failure half solved.
  3. Isolate. Layer by layer: hardware, hypervisor, OS, network, application, integration.
  4. Fix the root cause. No workaround that only lasts until next weekend. A fix, a test, a rollback ready.
  5. Lock it in. Procedure, monitoring alert, handover to your teams: the same failure does not come back.
  • Virtualisation

VMs frozen at night, datastore full

Forgotten snapshots, overlapping backups, undersized storage. I measure, free up space, and set thresholds and alerts.

  • Payment · access control

    Payment accepted, access denied

I follow the transaction end to end: terminal, server, controller, network. The broken link shows in the logs.

  • Video · recognition

    Passages not recognised

Cameras, lighting, network, analytics engine: we measure the recognition rate before changing anything.

  • SIP intercom

    Calls ringing into the void

SIP registration, NAT, codecs, quality of service: I trace the call flow down to the lost packet.

  • IoT

    Sensors dropping off

Radio coverage, power, gateway, monitoring: I tell an isolated failure from a design flaw.

  • Support · operations

    The same incident every month

Root cause analysis, ServiceNow or Jira ticketing, Power BI dashboard: the recurring incident becomes a closed problem.

In the field

  • Level 3 support

A support team that puts out fires instead of suffering them

    Context
Helpdesk team overwhelmed by critical incidents, cascading escalations.
    What I did
Support processes restructured, procedures written, team led and coached, steering through dashboards.
    • −40% critical incidents
    • +60% first-contact resolution
  • Critical sites · international

Airports, stations, shopping centres: sites that never stop

    Context
Sites open to the public, running around the clock, where an outage shows immediately.
    What I did
Deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, training for client and internal teams.
    • Critical sites across France, Europe and North Africa
  • Architecture · multi-site

VMware, Hyper-V and Azure architectures delivered end to end

    Context
Multi-site projects: payment, access control, video, intercom and IoT to integrate.
    What I did
Design, deployment and management, from framing to go-live.
    • End to end from framing to operations

Catalogue

Nine services, one point of contact

  • VMware
  • Hyper-V
  • Proxmox
  • Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • OVHcloud
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira
  • Power BI
  • SIP intercom
  • IoT
  • BMS
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit

Each service can be ordered on its own, at a fixed price or on a time-and-materials basis. They also combine: an audit often leads to a migration, then to training.

Method

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Frame.

Goal, scope, deliverables, schedule and access: everything is written down before we start. You know what you will get, and when.

  2. Audit.

Inventory, measurements, interviews with your teams. Findings are factual and shared with you before any decision.

  3. Deliver.

Architecture, migration, fix or development: every cutover has a success criterion and a rollback plan.

  4. Hand over.

Documentation, procedures, training. Your teams run the solution without depending on me.

Why MSSC

Why trust MSSC with your systems?

  • Ten years of critical infrastructure.

I have worked on IT systems and infrastructure since 2016. As a solution architect, I have designed and deployed VMware, Hyper-V and Azure architectures, and integrated critical systems: electronic payment, access control, video, SIP intercom, connected devices.

  • Measured results in support.

On a previous support scope, critical incidents were cut by 40% and first-contact resolution improved by 60%, by structuring processes and leading the helpdesk team.

  • International projects, systems that must not stop.

Deploying and maintaining infrastructure for international clients on critical sites: airports, stations, shopping centres. Training for client and internal teams.
